Our Unique Selling Proposition (USP)
Insulation :-
we are using E class, B class & F Class insulation for Dry Type & Oil Cooled Transformer. we also use oil insulation & PCB/ Parmali Wood. Hali Wood, SDRP Plate. We are using liquid insulation for cooling of transformer winding as per IS:335.
Winding :-
We are doing a spiral winding, crossover winding, continuous disc winding, interleave disc winding & halex winding to increase thermal ability of transformer winding in different rating KVA & Voltage class.
The coils are designed with proper ducts so as to provide maximum cooling to each individual conductor which would eventually reduce the temprature in the windings.
Core :-
We are using C.R.G.O. core lamination grade like M3, M4, M5, MOH, ZDKH with different thickness like 0.27, 0.23, 0.2 which decrease no-load loss (Iron Loss) and reduce noise level.
Conductor :-
We are using electrolatic copper & aluminium conductor round & rectangular for reduce load loss (Copper Loss).
